Here are three surefire ways on how to increase stamina in bed which you can use TONIGHT! (These are just some of the many tips that I accidentally discovered from this site…)
Masturbation. Ejaculate 30-60 minutes before having sex. This desensitizes you. 30-60 minutes after ejaculation, you must already have gained the ability to go erect again.
